Featuring 4 modes:

1 - Norma (Blue)
2 - Small (Blue)
3 - Normal (Light Grey)
4 - Small (Light Grey)

(Right Clck > Skins > iFlex > for choose the modes)

i really like all of it except for the buttons, i think maybe a impler design for them would have suited the rest of the simpler elements of the skin better
but don't get me wrong, i could never accomplish what you have and it is still a great theme/skin
