**Fixed a content margin problem on the systray when the user is not using hidden icons.
(you have to delete your copy before install this new one)

* New version of elsdee, one of the first Windowblinds skins i made.

* This is a new version with 100% new design and new features like
the Per-Pixel-Alpha on the start panel (getting smooth boarders)

* 3 sub-styles (Green, Blue, Grey)
* Start button animation
* Titlebar buttons sounds
* Task Panel titlebar icons
* Shell animations (for all sub-styles colors)
* Toolbar icons (for all sub-styles colors)
* Extra functions:
(Control + click) on minimize button, send the window to systray
(Control + click) on maximize/restore button make the window transparent

* Other info: the Per-Pixel-Alpha on the start panel is a new feature and
there's a know bug, sometimes the menu-iten tool (the mouse over image
used on the start panel) don't load for the first time you open the start panel
after you apply the skin, just close and open the start panel again and will
work. It's aready fixed on the latest Windowblinds version (v.4.51 build 192)
